Each pavilion is $300 for the day. Pavilions opened by 6AM and must be left by 10PM.

Due to the nature of our facility and open 7 days of operations, we have appropriate rental hours for booked events. Please note that we do operate the golf business possibly during your event.
Facility Rental Rates STARTING 2024: 3% added fee to credit cards
Main Banquet Room, 1st Level:
Minimum Rental of 2 Hours
East Room $100/hr includes deck and approx. 40 seated
West Room $150/hr includes bar and approx. 70 seated
Aire Room-Full
- Seats 120
$200/hour
Full rental has deck space & bar included
$50 service fee is added for bartender each and soft beverages and coffee service is $2 per person .
Approximately 1100 square feet in total
- Banquet style (120 if full rental)
- Theater style seating varies
- Round tables are 72” and seat 8-10 people
- Rectangle tables are 6’ (72” X 36”) and seat 6 people.
Other spaces that are also available include the Deck, Simulator Room, Bar & Grill, and front reception area. In combination, these areas allow occupancy of 250 people.
* There is no kitchen access, cooler space, or utensil usage. Renter is responsible for cleaning up the room after use including sweeping, mopping and removal of trash.
Rental Hours effective as of 3/15/18:
Saturday and Sunday events:
Showers scheduled only (3 hours) 10-1PM, 11-2PM or after 4PM.
Birthday Events are given 3 hours of rental time.
Weddings are given 4 hours.
Rehearsal Events are given 2 hours of rental.
Communions are given 3 hours of rental.
Linens
- Linen rental at market cost
- Renter may bring their own linens, or discuss with caterer
DJ or Band
- Must provide their own equipment.
- A 6’ ft rectangle table will be provided for DJ.
- All cords must be duct taped to the floor.
- Here at Valleaire, we expect all entertainment to act in a professional manner. Please no drinking of alcoholic beverages unless special arrangements have been made with host.
- DJ or band is expected to end music at or before the scheduled end time.
Equipment Fee
- Valleaire provides tables and chairs free of charge.
- Also available for renter with no charge: TV/DVD, AV Cart, Easel.
- $25 to rent projector LCD
- $10 to rent Microphone (corded/cordless)
- If any damages happen to Valleaire equipment, a damages fee will be determined.
Employee Uniforms
- Valleaire Employees dress in a polo and khakis.
- For special occasions, employees can dress in a white or black button down with black pants
All of our facilities are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside away from all food areas.
